Pacific Rim Stir Fry
Ingredients: | 12 oz. Chicken Breast, cut in Thin Strips 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil 2 Tsp. Corn Starch 1/2 Tsp Chili Peppers (dried/flakes is fine) 1/2 Tsp. Chili Peppers 2 Tbsp Ground Turmeric 2 Tbsp. Cooking Oil 2 Medium Carrots (Julienned) 2 Cups Broccoli Florets 1 Red or Green Pepper, Julienned 1/4 Cup Cashews or Peanuts |
Instructions: | For sauce,
combine Chicken Broth, Soy Sauce, Basil, Cornstarch, Chili Pepper
and Turmeric.
Stir Fry Vegetables and Chicken. Stir Sauce and Add to wok and cook until bubblyand thick. Serve over Rice or Vermicelli. Top with Cashews or Peanuts (serves 4-6) |
