Capellini with Tiger shrimp
Tossed in a Fresh Tomato Sauce with White Wine
Ingredients: | 20 Medium Sized (16/20) Tiger Shrimp, Cleaned and De-Veined 3 Tbsp Olive Oil 1/2 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, Julienned 1/2 Cup Green Olives, Sliced 1 Tbsp. Crushed Garlic 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, Chopped Capellini, cooked & drained (for 4 servings) |
Instructions: | Sautée
ingredients together for about 4 minutes
Add Shrimp and Sautée further until the shrimp turns red Add 1/2 Cup White Wine (Chardonnay preferred) Add 3 Cups Crushed Roma Tomatoes and Sautée for approx. 5 minutes on Low Heat Toss the Pasta with the Sauce, Plate and serve (serves 4) |
