Jambalaya Recipe

3 Slices Bacon, diced
1-2 Onions, diced  
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped
3-4 Tomatoes, peeled and diced
Cook Bacon first, then Sear for 5 min., Medium Heat
.75 tsp. fennel, .75 tsp. thyme  Add Next
1.5 Cups cooked rice
1.5 Cups Stock Chicken
.75 lb. Cooked Ham (Cut into small pieces)
1.25 lb. Fresh Shrimp
1 Yellow Pepper(Cut in Strips)
2 Green Peppers(Cut in Strips)
3-4 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
Add Shrimp and Peppers, Mix and add Hot Pepper Sauce;
Bake at 375 degrees
Yield: 4-6 servings
