Escargots in a Baguette Boat
Ingredients: | 12 whole Escargots (per Person) 1/2 Cup Escargot Butter (recipe below) 2 Scallions Cut on Bias 2 Roma Tomatoes, diced small 1/2 small Baguette (per Person) Hollowed out in the middle, leaving crust |

Combine Ingredients and Cook for 1 1/2 min. Pour Escargot Mixture into Baguette Boats and serve with Lemon wedge and parsley. |
