Ingredients: | 1 Onion 1/4 of a Large English Cucumber 1/2 Green Pepper 1 Stalk Celery 1/4 Can (~0.25 ml) Plum Tomatoes, Chopped 24 oz. Tomato Juice 2 oz. Hot Sauce 1 oz. Olive Oil 1 oz. Lemon Juice 1 oz. Lime Juice Pinch of Salt and Pepper (to taste) 3 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, finely Chopped 1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Fresh Garlic (Optional) |
Instructions: | Process Vegetables, Leaving Chunky (Food Processor or Blender) Chill Garnish with Garlic Croutons and Serve Serves 4 |
