Grilled Herbed Corn on the Cob
Ingredients: | 4 cobs of Corn with Husk 1/2 lb. butter (softened) 1 tsp. Chopped Chives 1 tsp. Chopped Thyme 1 tsp. Chopped Parsley 1 tsp. Chopped Rosemary Pinch of Salt and Pepper |
Instructions: | Pull back Husk from each cob but do not remove.
Remove Silk from each cob. Salt and Pepper each cob and spread herb butter on each cob. Pull the husks back over each cob. Fire up your BBQ (Medium Heat) and Grill cobs with husks on turning every few minutes - takes about 20 minutes. When done, pull back husks to use as a handle. Serve with Grilled Steak, Chicken or Seafood as a side dish or on it's own. Serves 4 |
