Banana Kiwi Dip
RECIPE
Spencer Bryant-Longo invented
this for the Christmas Cocktail Party in 1997,
when he was 9 1/2.
INGREDIENTS
1 banana
2 fresh kiwis
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups Crème Chantilly (sweetened whipped cream)
DIRECTIONS Fold just enough of the fruit sauce into the Crème to make a good dipping consistency. Freeze the rest of the sauce for another time.
