RECIPE

Rim a Bloody Mary Glass or Tumbler
with Celery Salt and Fill with Ice.

Add 2 oz. Bourbon or Jack Daniels Sour Mash Whiskey,
1 tbsp. Horseradish, 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. Cajun Spice,
several squirts of Tobasco Sauce and a Dash of Worchestershire Sauce.

Fill with Clamato Juice.

Garnish with a Fresh Lime Wedge; Hang a Cajun Shrimp off the Side of the Glass
