RECIPE
Half-Fill a Blender Cup with Ice
Add 1.25 oz.
Rum*, .5 oz. Lichee Liqueur
2 oz. Coconut Cream (eg., Coco-Lopez)and 2-3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Blend with the Ice Until Smooth and Pour into Large Fiesta Glass
Garnish with a Fresh Whole Lychee or Pineapple Slice
*(you can use
Malibu Coconut Rum instead of coconut cream
to flavour,
but it won't be as creamy)
