RECIPE
Fill a Blender to Half with Ice,
Add 1.5 oz. Rum,
2 oz. Lime Mix or Limeade,
3 Scoops of Ice Cream (or Cream)
and the Juice of Half a Lime
Blend Until Smooth; Serve in Large Fiesta Glass
Garnish with Twist of Fresh Lime or a Sprig of Fresh Mint
