Fettuccine Alfredo
with Roasted Chicken and Roma Tomatoes

Ingredients: 1/2 Cup (4 oz or 1 Stick) Butter
1/4 Cup Heavy or Whipping Cream
1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 Tsp. Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1 Tsp. Chopped Parsley
Salt (to taste)
Freshly Ground Black or White Pepper (to taste)
3/4 lb. Fresh Fettuccine Noodles
1 lb Roasted Chicken Breast, Cut into Strips
3-4 Diced Roma Tomatoes
Instructions: Put Butterand Cream in shallow oven-proof Serving Bowl and Place in 200 degree oven while boiling pasta.

Drain Pasta, remove Serving Bowl from oven and and Toss Pasta with Butter Cream Mixture until well distributed.

Add Chicken, Diced Tomatoes, Parmesan Cheese, Nutmeg, Salt and Pepper.

Toss again, Sprinkle with Parsley and Serve
