Grilled Vegetables with Balsamic Glaze

 Ingredients: Balsamic Glaze 2 Litres Balsamic Vinegar
1.5 Cups Sugar
2 Medium Shallots Sliced
2 Cups Soya Sauce
Instructions:

Place all Ingredients in a heavy bottomed pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce Heat and Simmer until a foamy bubbling occurs. (About 20 min - 1 hr.). Glaze should be semi-thick and coat a metal spoon easily.

Strain and cool.

Fir up your BBQ and Grill your favourite Veggies (eg. Zucchini, Scallions, Peppers, Mushrooms, etc.).

Place on Plates and drizzle the glaze lightly. Serve as is or add grilled Salmon or Chicken filets before adding the glaze.

Chef states that this glaze is wonderful over Strawberries and Ice Cream!
