Add 1.5 oz. Grand Marnier and .5 oz. Brandy
Fill with Hot Chocolate and top with Whipped Cream
Drizzle a little
Grand Marnier over the Whipped Cream
and Dust with Shaved Chocolate
Garnish with Fresh Orange Slice
