Narrow Liqueur Glass

Fill 3/4 full with Peppermint Schnapps
Slowly add about .25 oz of Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur - Do Not Stir!

Watch as the Bailey's "curdles" and floats on the Schnapps, resembling a floating brain complete with stringy spinal cord!

As a finishing touch, add one drop Grenadine to the curdled brain to resemble blood.

Looks repulsive, but once the visual excitement is over, shoot the whole thing back - it's delicious
