Banana Kiwi Dip

RECIPE

Spencer Bryant-Longo invented this for the Christmas Cocktail Party in 1997,
when he was 9 1/2.

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
2 fresh kiwis
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups Crème Chantilly (sweetened whipped cream)

DIRECTIONS
Peel the banana and the kiwi fruits. Put both fruits in blender or food processor. You may want to sieve the mixture to remove the kiwi seeds, but not necessary. Add sugar. Blend until smooth.

Fold just enough of the fruit sauce into the Crème to make a good dipping consistency. Freeze the rest of the sauce for another time.

TIP - These are wonderful dips for fresh fruits such as strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, etc.
